How to activate a code

Introduction
This guide will show you how to activate an unlock code. You can get a code from our social media sites.
If you are not using the Remote Control Collection version 2.0 or newer, you can't use unlock codes.

Go to Upgrades
Start the Remote Control Collection app, open the navigation and select Upgrades. Keep in mind that you need the Remote Control Collection version 2.0 or newer to activate codes.

Go to Free Upgrades
Click on Free Upgrades to get to the unlock code section. Make sure that you are connected to the internet before proceeding with the next step.

Enter the code
Enter your code, you do not need to use capital letters. Double-check that you entered a valid code.
|
|
Activate the code
When you entered your code, click the activate button. The app will now validate your code and register your device. You can only activate one trial code per device.
|
|
Changing devices
Because a code is bound to a device, you will loose it when switching devices or uninstalling the app. Contact the support and follow the provided instructions before switching devices or uninstalling the app.
